Compressed air fume removal and dust extractor system creates a low vacuum for a gentle sucking action that is perfect for the removal of fine dusts and vapour. Compressed air enters the unit and is used to suck in surrounding air creating the partial vacuum. As only compressed air is used there are no moving parts and no direct power source. This means the unit can be deployed in areas where electrically powered extractors are unsuitable e.g. wet areas.
The flexible and adjustable extractor tube can be shaped to positon the suction funnel where it is needed.
This unit can be combined with our ring vac conveyors to move the extracted material further distances once collected.
